I got to the lot by 10:30. Took the scenic way up, hoping to find a different skin track leaning me more towards the pillows. Didn't find anything. Traversed back to G-Spot and headed up. It's pretty over skied at the moment, it looks like a resort trail after a powder day. The snow was still fluffy towards the bottom, but as I got higher the wind swept it across and there was definitely more hard pack. Towards the top there was little to no fluffy powder so I headed left to where it built up.
I dropped in below the big rocks to the left and found some nice fluffy powder.
The sun started to come out around 12:45, which really helped soften up the snow and made it a lot easier to ski. Without the sun that day, it would've been a very fast descent. Hopefully we'll get some more snow up there soon.
